  • Where can I find my backed up files?
    You can find the files by signing into your Amaryllo Cloud account via web browser or iOS / Android mobile app.
  • Where do I download the software app for my PC?
    You can download Amaryllo Cloud for Windows here.
  • How do I setup the auto-backup on Artemis?
    After you sign in thru the desktop app, select External Drive and tap on "Enable Auto Backup". Once complete, whenever you plug in Artemis files will automatically be backed up to the cloud.
  • Do I need to register for an Amaryllo Cloud account in order to use the desktop app?
    Yes, you will need an Amaryllo account to get started. It's free to get started, join today to receive 10GB of storage space.
  • What happens if I log out of Amaryllo Cloud for desktop?
    It is important to note that when you sign out of Amaryllo Cloud for desktop, all of the backup settings will be erased and will need to be reconfigured when you sign back in.
  • How can I get more free space?
    Amaryllo offers 10GB free lifetime cloud storage as a way for users to try Amaryllo cloud for themselves. A referral program is being developed in the near future as a way for users to get free additional storage.
  • What happens if I upgrade my subscription before the end of my billing period?
    Users upgrading to a new Amaryllo cloud subscription will immediately begin a new billing cycle after purchase. Existing accounts will be prorated for the current month/year.   • (Amaryllo Cloud Web) Why does my Photos app automatically open when I try to download multiple image files?
    1. If you are using Google Chrome, this is a setting within the browser, please click on the 3 dots in the top right corner and go to "Settings". Then on the right, click on "Advanced" and find "Downloads". To stop your device from launching the Photos App automatically, please "Clear" the setting "Open certain file types automatically after downloading" 2. If you are using Mozilla Firefox, this is a setting within the browser, please click on the hamburger icon in the top right corner and go to "Options". Then type in "Applications" in the search bar on the right. Then modify the actions for the type of files downloaded from Firefox.
  • If I share Amaryllo Cloud with my family, will they see my content?
    No. Members under your storage space will not be able to see each other's photos, files, or documents.
  • How do I update my existing storage plan?
    Users with monthly and annual cloud subscriptions can change their plan at any time, keeping in mind that their existing account is prorated. Lifetime plans will accommodate add-on options in the near-future.
  • Will I lose my files if I did not renew my subscription immediately?
    If for any reason the payment was declined, you will no longer be able to upload any files onto Amaryllo Cloud. In addition, all files under your account will be removed after 30 calendar days.
  • What is Amaryllo Cloud?
    Amaryllo Cloud is a file hosting service operated by the American company Amaryllo Inc., headquartered in Irvine, California, US that offers cloud storage, personal cloud, and client software. Sign up for a free 10GB account and start accessing and sharing photos, documents, and other files from any device.
  • How do I cancel my service?
    You can cancel your subscription anytime by contacting our support team at cloud.ai@amaryllo.us.
  • What happens if I reach/exceed my storage limit?
    If a storage limit has been reached, files can no longer be uploaded to the cloud. Excess files may be kept for 30 days, but will promptly be removed after the time expires.
  • Will you renew my subscription automatically?
    Amaryllo Cloud subscriptions automatically renew either monthly or annually.
  • (Amaryllo Cloud Web) Why does my computer ask me where to save my files each time when I try to download multiple files?
    1. If you are using Google Chrome, this is a setting within the browser, please click on the 3 dots in the top right corner and go to "Settings". Then on the right, click on "Advanced" and find "Downloads". To stop your device from asking where to store your files each time, please disable "Ask where to save each file before downloading" 2. If you are using Mozilla Firefox, this is a setting within the browser, please click on the hamburger icon in the top right corner and go to "Options". Then type in "Downloads" in the search bar on the right. Then select a destination to save your files to avoid the browser prompting you each time you download files.
  • Is Amaryllo Cloud a free app?
    Yes. Amaryllo is a free application. However, you are required to have a data plan/Wi-Fi connection in order to download the app from the Google Play Store/Apple AppStore.
  • What happens when I stop paying or if my credit card expires?
    If a user’s subscription expires due to credit card or payment failure, account holders will have a 30-day grace period where they can re-enable their service. During this time, account holders/members cannot upload content, but all other functions will remain. After 30 days, the user's account will be reverted back to 10GB and all excess files will be removed.
  • How can I see how much space I have in my account?
    The existing storage plan and the amount of remaining storage can be viewed by selecting the account icon in the top right corner of the page.
  • Is there an upload limit?
    There is no daily upload limit. Amaryllo Cloud supports the upload of files up to 50GB.
  • Can I use Amaryllo Cloud Service (ACS) with my Amaryllo security camera?
    Currently, ACS is not compatible with Amaryllo security cameras. If you would like to store your security footage, please check out available plan options here: https://www.amaryllo.us/plans
  • What is Zero-Knowledge Privacy?
    Zero-knowledge privacy is widely recognized as a highly secure method of safeguarding data. Essentially, it guarantees that cloud storage or backup providers have "zero-knowledge" of any information stored on their servers. At Amaryllo, we recognize the importance of protecting our users' privacy, which is why we employ end-to-end encryption to ensure that all data is secure and accessible only by the user.
  • How do I apply a voucher code?
    If you do not have an ACS account: To redeem a voucher code, simply visit Amaryllo Cloud page https://cloud.amaryllo.us/ and select the “Redeem Voucher” tab. You will be prompted to enter your name, email, password, and country as well as the 16-digit voucher code. If you already have an ACS account: Log in to your account here. Click on the account icon in the top right corner of the page, followed by “upgrade” and selecting “I have a voucher” at the top. Then enter in your 16-digit voucher code.
  • How do I turn on auto backup?
    There are two ways that you can turn on auto backup for your device. Option 1: Press on the orange outlined cloud icon on your My Cloud screen, and then toggle Auto Backup until the button turns orange. Option 2: Press on the three lines on the top left of your My Cloud screen, then press Account > Settings > Auto Backup > and toggle Auto Backup until the button turns orange.
  • Do you have desktop app for MacOS?
    The development is on it's way and our MacOS app for desktop is set to be released this fall 2022.
  • The auto backup on my app isn't working.
    If automatic camera upload isn’t working, or only some pictures are uploaded, follow these steps: Connect your charger. iOS won't let Amaryllo backup your photos if the battery is less than 20%. Ensure your device is not in Low Power Mode. Enable/disable Background App Refresh in the iOS settings: Settings > Scroll down to our app > toggle on/off Background App Refresh. Don't close the app. Apple recommends that customers leave the Amaryllo app running in the background. Automatic uploading cannot work if the app has been Force Closed (double-tap Home and swipe up and away).
  • How do I stop sharing my shared files?
    Press on the ... on the right side of the file you would like to stop sharing, and then press Remove Link.
  • How do I share my files with other people?
    Press on the ... icon on the right side of the file you would like to share, and then press Get Link. A screen with a valid sharing link for 24 hours will appear. 1. Access Forever:If you would like to extend the sharing access of this file indefinitely, press on 24 Hours (Default) and then select Forever from the drop down menu. Next, press Share and select the option you would like to use to share access with others. 2. Access for 24 Hours:This is the default option- once you are prompted with the screen to grant access for 24 Hours (Default), you can press Share and select the option you would like to use to share access with others.
  • How can I download the Amaryllo Cloud mobile app?
    iOS users: Head to the App Store and search for Amaryllo Cloud, or click here. Android users: Head to the Google Play Store and search for Amaryllo Cloud, or click here.
  • How do I upoad my data and files into Amaryllo Cloud?
    Manual Upload Once you've opened the Amaryllo Cloud app, press on the orange + button located in the middle near the bottom of the screen, and then press media and select the photos/videos you would like to upload into your Cloud. Click Done once you are finished selecting, and allow for your device to upload your media into your Cloud. Automatic Upload Once you've opened the Amaryllo Cloud app, press on the orange outlined cloud located in the middle near the right side of the screen, and then toggle the Auto Backup button until the button turns orange. Your device will begin uploading its media automatically, and you can check its progress by clicking on the orange outlined cloud again and looking under Uploaded and Queued.
