How to share files with others!

When you share a link to your file on Cloud Storage, you have the choice to select either a link that expires after 24 hours or one that remains active without an expiration date. To switch between these options, all you have to do is select the desired option before sharing the link.

If you opt for the 24-hour expiration link, the person who receives the link can access the shared content for precisely 24 hours starting from the time when the link was created. Once the 24 hours are up, the link will automatically expire, and the content will no longer be accessible.

On the other hand, if you choose the option to keep the link active indefinitely, it will remain accessible until you manually deactivate it. This option is particularly useful for sharing content that you want to remain accessible permanently, such as a public document or file.
